Ingredients

¼ cup honey
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups granola
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup greek yoghurt
¼ cup chia seeds (activated in coconut milk)
¼-½ teaspoon fine sea salt
Blueberries, slices of avocado and strawberries
¼ cup superseeds (toppings)
Chia Granola with Berries- Made with basic ingredients, this nutritious granola comes together quick and easy! With 7 grams of protein per serving, it’s perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
2.To the bowl, add the granola, activated chia seeds, salt and mix together.
3.Add greek yoghurt (I prefer not to mix together with granola)
4.Top with slices of avocado and strawberries.
5.Add blueberries and superseeds.
