Chia Granola with Berries- Made with basic ingredients, this nutritious granola comes together quick and easy! With 7 grams of protein per serving, it’s perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.
1. | In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. |
2. | To the bowl, add the granola, activated chia seeds, salt and mix together. |
3. | Add greek yoghurt (I prefer not to mix together with granola) |
4. | Top with slices of avocado and strawberries. |
5. | Add blueberries and superseeds. |
